Our raptor food is shipped frozen with insulation. Ice packs may be added depending on the temperature while your package is in transit. Depending on outside temperatures, transit time, and delivery conditions, your order may arrive partially thawed.
If the contents are still cool to the touch, the food is safe and should be placed in your freezer immediately. Partial thawing during transit does not affect the quality or safety of the product when promptly refrozen.
