Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment terms are net seven (07) days from date of invoice. Seller reserves the right to require alternative payment terms, including payment prior to shipping.

If payment is not received by the due date, a late charge will be added at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (eighteen percent (18%) per year) or the maximum legal rate, whichever is less, to unpaid invoices from the due date thereof.

If you are not completely satisfied with our product please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will make every effort to correct the problem.

Weight Averaging
Due to the large amount of chicks we process all bag counts are based on weight averages. Our pricing and counts are based on an average weight of a 1.2 ounce chick. Average weight of a bag of 100 chicks is 7.5 lbs. The actual number of chicks in a bag may vary (+/-) due to the actual weight of the individual chicks.
